My name is Lisa F and I am a Mother, Grandmother and Wife. I have attended and followed the 12 Step way of life for over 5 decades. I am a sponsor, sponsee, step guide, life coach and counselor.
I can also add to my description that since my spiritual awakening, I am no longer trapped in my own home full of fear (for 2 decades) and I am traveling across the globe!

Working one on one can give a more accurate and precise method to cope with an individuals very specific and personal issues and unmanageability.
I also offer one 2 one 4th and 5th step guidance.
